I-Flow National Sales Meeting 2013

This year I-Flow who makes localized anesthetic pain pumps brought their entire sales force to the Laguna Cliffs Marriott in Dana Point CA. For the stage we used a 24' wide cyc with the entire bottom uplight by 6' color changing LED lights hidden by panels also we incorporated moving light fixtures to add a gobo and patterns to give the cyc more depth. Flanking the stage were 2 16'Wx9'T screens projected on by 7000 lumen HD projectors. The screens were then surrounded by panels built in house and lit with color changing LEDs. Live palm trees and ferns were then added to complete the look.

Ales Group National Sales Meeting 2013

The Ales Group, a french cosmetic company held their 2013 national sales conference in beautiful Cabo San Lucas. Two triangular spandex sails flank upright truss with their conference specific banner hung in between. Simple but effective design perfect for thier compact presentation area.


MCAS Miramar 10.2011

A military affiliate came together for an amazing banquet inside a still functioning military hangar. A 32' piece of fabric was stretched and 2 10,000 lumen projectors were used to create a seamless 30' wide screen displaying sponsor logos.

2010 July 4th Camp Pendleton Beach Bash

Every year the largest party on the west coast takes place in Oceanside California on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton.  Tens of thousands of Active duty, retired, and reserve military personel and their friends and family come to Del Mar Beach to have a day in the sun which includes 4 live bands, multiple inflatible games, other games such as rock walls and bunjee trampolines, and endless food, clothing and other vendors.

2010 Pro Pricer International Users Conference

For another consecutive year Pro Pricer chose to produce their 09 conference at the Loews Hotel in Coronado.  The stage was decorated with 2 4'x10' panels uplit by color changing LEDs and a custom sign was made to be hung in between.  2 10.5'x14' rear projection screens and 5500 lumen projectors were used on either side of the screens.
